Otra/Another invites you the third installment titled Inhabiting the Border – taking place November 10th through 30 th at ICBC Tijuana.
On Friday November 10th we will have our opening night celebration and presentation of UCLA’s installation by Mark Lee and Bob Somol.
Formal opening ceremony begins at 8:00 pm .Presentation of UCLA installation at 8:30 pm. ALL events are free to the public.
English conferences will be translated thanks to support by CECUT and the US Consulate in Tijuana.
